BE A PART OF “THE MOST INNOVATIVE, DARING & ORIGINAL PIECE OF DANCE/PERFORMANCE YOU WILL SEE THIS DECADE”
With only 11 days left until the premiere of her latest evening length work, there is still time to join Amy O’Neal in creating this highly engaging, conversational piece. O’Neal has worked tirelessly over the last year and a half, without getting paid, refining and researching, remodeling and redefining this exploration of the progression of influence and culture in our individual self identity.
In addition to O’Neal, there are other collaborative artist fees and expenses associated with the project, creating a steep budget with little outside funding. That means that these incredible artists are being supported by YOU! because YOU want to experience this and investigate deeper.
Potato Finger/original music and sound compostion, Leo Mayberry/video programming and design, Amiya Brown/technical director and lighting design, Wes Hurley/Film, Jason Puccinelli/set design consulting, and Jody Kuehner/fashion constulting.
To support these collaborators and an innovative project – that guarantees a viscerally exciting performance experience complete with lots of booty shaking, tied with an engaging intellectual and anthropological exploration – visit the project page on USA Projects and make a donation
The minimum project goal has been reached, but $10,000 is what is needed for the work…if you have the capacity, please make a donation or share the project.
